What is PLA?
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a type of biomass plastic made from renewable biological resources such as plants and animals. It is produced from renewable plant-based materials like corn, sugarcane, cassava, and even straw, without relying on traditional fossil fuels. PLA is biodegradable and, under proper conditions, decomposes naturally after disposal.
