Creating new product value with PLA, a biomass plastic material.

About Us

We have established and offer a stable supply system for PLA (polylactic acid) biomass plastic products. Not only for small batches but also for large-scale distribution, such as apparel products, we ensure and provide quantities that can be used with confidence. By providing a steady supply of environmentally friendly PLA products, we support our customers in creating sustainable products.

Polylactic acid
based biomass plastic

What is PLA?

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a type of biomass plastic made from renewable biological resources such as plants and animals. It is produced from renewable plant-based materials like corn, sugarcane, cassava, and even straw, without relying on traditional fossil fuels. PLA is biodegradable and, under proper conditions, decomposes naturally after disposal. As an alternative to petroleum-based plastics, PLA is used in a wide range of applications, including food packaging, containers, and textiles.

Environmental
Characteristics

Low Carbon Footprint

The PLA production process is more energy-efficient compared to conventional petroleum-based plastics, and it emits less CO2 during manufacturing, contributing to the reduction of global warming.

Renewability

Made from renewable plant-based resources like corn, sugarcane, and cassava, PLA can also be produced from agricultural waste like straw.

Product
Characteristics

Mechanical Properties

PLA is rigid and can compete with standard plastic products, making it suitable for durable components and a wide range of applications.

Heat Resistance

Improved PLA with additives offers enhanced heat resistance, making it applicable to products that need to withstand temperature variations.
